Nayan Goenka
I build enterprise AI and SaaS products from architecture through execution — leading product engineering at Kytes, and founding Anvaya.
Work
Leading product engineering and technical architecture at BookIt Digital, an AI-native enterprise RAG platform. Architected multi-tenant infrastructure, zero-trust vector stores, and RBAC/DRM enforcement — a core that has survived multiple product pivots without rearchitecture.
A Vedic astrology life-intelligence platform. Designed a cold-read calibration mechanic that serves as both conversion funnel and accuracy moat. Fully automated fulfilment; first-chart pricing ₹2,099. Currently in the Antler residency application process.
Built large-scale network monitoring and real-time complex-event-processing systems serving telecom clients across six countries. Foundation in IoT/M2M architecture, distributed data systems, and enterprise infrastructure.
Core expertise
Product strategy & operations
Roadmaps, GTM, and investor communication. Aligning engineering to business outcomes — with zero tolerance for guesswork or drift.
Technical architecture
Multi-tenant SaaS, IP isolation, RBAC and DRM enforcement, zero-trust infrastructure. Systems designed to outlast the products built on them.
Cross-functional execution
Bridging product, engineering, and business at staff level. Direct communication, explicit trade-offs, strong judgment over re-confirmation loops.
Founder operating range
Carve-out to scale, and zero-to-one. Comfortable with equity, burn, resilience, and the long-horizon calls that decide whether a product survives.
How I work
No hedging
Conclusion first. Explicit trade-offs surfaced. Strong calls made and owned, rather than deferred into endless alignment.
Staff-level scope
Product, architecture, and business strategy as one problem. I bridge functions rather than operate inside a single silo.
Logic-driven
Decisions grounded in data, reasoning, and first principles. Evidence over instinct, and instinct earned from shipping.
Builder's bias
Architecture I can defend line by line, and roadmaps I can ship. The work is judged by what reaches production, not what reaches a deck.
Writing
Today I'm a Believer
A zero-BS rationalist confronts something he can't explain — and reconsiders what faith means.
Officially Yes, Personally No
On making the hard call when the room is against you — and owning the outcome either way.
My Leap of Faith
What trust actually costs a cautious founder — and what it returns.
Open to the right conversation.
