Curriculum Vitae
Career in full
Fifteen-plus years building product organizations across enterprise SaaS, AI, healthcare, and education technology — from architecture through go-to-market.
Experience
Drove the current pivot — repositioning Kytes as an enterprise-scale, AI-queryable knowledge surface that keeps proprietary customer content out of the model layer. Leads product engineering, technical architecture, and the overall business and operations of Kytes.
- AI-native operating model. Restructured a peak 40–50 person org to 10 AI-leveraged operators (3 PMs, 3 senior architects, 4 builders); AI embedded across planning, build, ship, marketing, and analytics — shipping velocity unchanged.
- Architecture durability. Four strategic rebuilds, zero rearchitecture of data, security, or multi-tenancy primitives. Only the surface and use-case layer reshipped each time.
- Enterprise RAG with zero-trust IP boundary. Multi-tenant vector stores, RBAC and DRM-enforced isolation; customer content is queryable by their users but never enters model training or inference.
- Anthropic-first, MCP-shipping. Claude as primary model; MCP integrations extend the knowledge surface to client-side AI assistants; a model-agnostic gateway keeps swap cost under a day.
- Integrated Kytes with Astra to deliver a full-scale digital content publishing, IP-protection, and distribution product.
- Authored and executed the Kytes go-to-market roadmap, grounded in primary market research and cohort sequencing.
- Drove the administrative spin-out of a separate product entity to scale Kitaboo and Kytes commercially.
- Internalized production use of private and public ML models — GPT-4 and Claude-2 — across publishing workflows and reader-side AI surfaces; early in-market AI deployment for the segment.
- Expanded the Special Product Applications division to build "Astra," a universal content-publishing platform on a modern stack supporting all content types and sources, with Digital Rights Management for secure, seamless distribution.
- Invented a proprietary content format that delivers richer learner experience on significantly less data.
- Led the product engineering business of Kitaboo.
- Launched the Kytes brand by adapting the Kitaboo EdTech platform into enterprise and B2C verticals.
- Stood up an R&D division to track emerging trends in K-12 and Higher Education across Western markets, and shipped a market pilot of Kytes.
India's leading healthcare / homecare-services provider. Owned the technology division; team of up to 10.
- Boosted technology-division ROI 200% year on year, with per-member value up 150% YoY.
- Cut engineering expenditure 60% via CI/CD pipelines for medical-grade patient-data products and third-party integration optimization.
- Shipped the operational core: customer and field-force management, finance and multi-service operations engines, eCommerce on a microservice architecture, call-centre management, and a multi-platform service-aggregation marketplace.
- Delivered ML patient–caregiver matching on operational and medical data, an IoT/M2M engine for patient vitals and medication tracking, and a SaaS build of the stack for international homecare export.
- Founded an IT solutions and services startup serving startups, MNCs, and government social-sector initiatives. Managed 30+ projects, ~$500K cumulative budget, and a team of up to 20.
- Launched "Swaraksha" for the Maharashtra Highway Police and the "Thane Traffic" app for Thane Police — the latter endorsed by Amitabh Bachchan.
- Ran applied research across Defense Tech, FinTech, Health Tech, IoT, and EdTech to identify market patterns and AI/ML use cases.
- Designated Partner running technical and operational delivery for IT-consultancy clients from MNCs to startups; team of up to 10.
- Incubated in-house products: Hotel Lab (hospitality-ERP cloud platform), En Pointe (influencer marketing), and the DELI and WOOGEE AI lifestyle assistants.
- Took a WYSIWYG app-builder product from nascent to production; drafted the feature set and roadmap from market research and user insight.
- Bridged technology and business for scaling, and ran Gartner vendor briefings as part of GTM.
- Led engineering for a new office-productivity and digital-identity / security product with a team of up to 10 engineers.
- Built complex internet and intranet applications across platforms and authored the data-integrity, security, and access standards for the engineering function.
